Yes, this extension is paid, unlike previous versions. You have to pay an annual fee for the support and updates.

Previous versions of this extension were free. The extension has been developed for free since 2019, this has changed with the third (current) version. From now on, it will only be available as a paid version. We have seen that we can no longer support this add-on for free.

• for free, we can only provide assistance regarding the extension. For example, if you find a bug in our plugin.
• This is a plugin for developers. End users can install it and configure it, but it might be more complicated.
• The problems are usually related to compatibility, such as when it doesn't work correctly with another plugin or theme. More information about this is in the "How to use" section. We thank you for letting us know if you find any new compatibility problems.
• Extension installation and debugging (on your installed WordPress instance) can only be done at an hourly rate.

Yes. Before going live in the store, OTP Mobil Kft. representative will run a test purchase during which the functionality of the extension and the store will be tested.

Without more information, we cannot say anything specific. Basically, our goal is to make this plugin more feature-rich and work well with multiple third-party plugins, but in WordPress, it's often not that simple.
